Totally FAst Customer Service from KnitPicks


Just turned on my computer to check emails and the first one I see is from KnitPicks. They are sending me a replacement needle at no charge to me!!! That is what I call Supreme Customer Service. I will totally buy more often from them now. They take care of their customers!! Woot!!

Yep, I knew that was gonna happen. And again why have I not contacted them about my faulty interchangeable??? Uh no clue

YAY for knitpicks!! :D they know how to treat you right!! I'm glad they are replacing it!!

I just had one fall apart too! It was one of my knitpicks options Interchangable needles. I e-mailed them and asked for a replacement but haven't heard back - guess I should call instead.
